With 8 years of industry experience, I lead the practical Engineering & Manufacturing side of our business. Before venturing into recruitment, I spent 10 years in Sales & Marketing, securing key contracts through a proactive and tenacious approach. My exceptional networking skills have allowed me to build valuable contacts across various industries and sectors. I am results-driven with a flexible and positive attitude, consistently meeting all KPIs and targets throughout my career. As a competent trainer, mentor, leader, and team builder, I enjoy sharing knowledge and developing others.

Outside of OGS I love to cook Indian food and have been cooking authentic Indian dishes from scratch for 5 years. I enjoy the outdoors, wildlife watching, fishing and walking as well as learning new languages (currently learning mandarin and plan to learn Portuguese next).

In the last few years I have worked extensively in the Education sector, including a lot of work with the Engineering Dept at City College Norwich. Taking a lead role in organising a number Employer Link events, aimed at helping the department strengthen its ties with local employers.

Most recently, I collaborated with CCN, Engineering Department on the Local Skills Improvement Plan (LSIP), helping to identify skill gaps in industry, enabling the college to adapt the courses and curriculum to meet the skills demands of local employers. In addition, onboarding local companies to deliver student enrichment presentations and staff development events.
